Banko Design has acquired Eleni Interiors in Illinois to add to their group of boutique studios. I wanted furniture that looked lovely like pieces in a fine home or upscale country club, but available at a great price, appropriate for senior residents, and built to last. To keep up with the housing demand, developers need to deliver new assets faster than ever while also creating communities that resonate with potential renters who have become increasingly discerning in their preferences.

As a result of this new growth, all studios will have access to multiple teams of designers and procurement agents to support their clients' needs. The growth of the group has also significantly increased Red Pen Procurement's vendor base and buying power, allowing Red Pen Procurement to pass on the savings to all BD Studios and clients. As Founder and Principal of Banko Design, Melissa oversees the day-to-day operations of a 25+ person team of designers, interior architects, purchasing agents, warehouse staff and office personnel.
